I was pondering the lunch offerings in my cupboard the other day and decided to make Mac and Cheese. I’ll usually get the Walmart brand thick and creamy variety, but have been hooked on the Betty Crocker variety since it came out … especially after I found it at our local Dollar Tree for $0.50 a box!
