I was pondering the lunch offerings in my cupboard the other day and decided to make Mac and Cheese.  I’ll usually get the Walmart brand thick and creamy variety, but have been hooked on the Betty Crocker variety since it came out … especially after I found it at our local Dollar Tree for $0.50 a box!  I didn’t want to make hot dogs to go with it, but wanted *something* to jazz it up, when it dawned on me … Remember those bacon bits I made a while back?
